What postage options do you have?
We use Royal Mail services and your parcel will be sent out 2nd class in the UK.
For our UK orders, shipping cost is £3.50. If your order is over £50 shipping is free.
For our International customers, your parcel will be sent internationally tracked. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. There is a 2Kg limit on International parcels.
For Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey shipping costs £12.08 - £18.62.
For Canada, Israel, Malaysia and Argentina shipping costs £12.25 - £26.25
For Australia, New Zealand and Singapore shipping costs £13.50 - £32.40
For USA shipping costs £12.54 - £31.41

How long will it take?
For UK parcels 2nd Class takes 2-3 working days
For European parcels 5-7 working days
Zone 1 & Zone 2 (Rest of the World) 6-10 working days
It is important that your address details are correctly completed at checkout or you may not receive your parcel. If you notice you have made an error with your address, please contact us as soon as possible to correct this.
Our prices are calculated by size and weight and are based upon Royal Mail prices, which are very competitive.
What happens if my order hasn't arrived or is damaged upon arrival?
When contacting us please provide us with your order number which can be found on your order confirmation email. This helps us to easily find your order and ensure we have the correct details. If you are unable to find your confirmation email, it may be in your junk folder.
If your order hasn't arrived in the expected time frame, or your order is damaged, UK customers should contact here. Please bring this to our attention as soon as possible.
For outside the UK, circumstances can vary and parcels can take a little longer, however, if the item hasn’t arrived please first check against tracking details. The tracking details will be found in the shipping confirmation email, where you can follow your items journey.
If you are not able to take collection when your item arrives, the postal company will leave a card for you to either arrange re-delivery with the postage carrier or organise collection of your order.
If your item has arrived but damaged please contact us here.
If you are outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to additional duties.
When buying from us, orders outside the United Kingdom may be subject to additional taxes and import duties which are applied once your order reaches your country. These must be paid to release your item from customs. We have no control over these costs and you should check with your Customs Authorities before placing an order for the latest rates.
The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, before delivery, will inform you of any additional duties.
If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned to Fierce Petite and refunded minus the shipping & handling fee
We do not accept returns on sale items.
We do accept returns however as we are a small business and returns are at a cost to us, we would be grateful if you could check all measurements before you purchase to ensure a good fit.
When contacting us please supply us with your order number found on your order confirmation email so we can easily find your information.
Once you receive your order you have 14 days from receipt of your order should you wish to return your item. Please contact us here first and we will send you return instructions.
You will be responsible for your return shipping costs unless the item is damaged on arrival.
If the item is damaged or has not been described accurately, we would request you contact us here in the first instance.
To qualify for a refund, Item's sent back must be in original packaging, with packing slip, any tags must be in tact and items free of odours.
After we have received and inspected your item we will notify you by email to confirm the refund has been processed within 14 days of receipt of the return.
Your refund will take 5-10 working days, and automatically be applied back to the original payment method.
What if your refund is late or missing?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact the payment company as it can take some time before your refund has cleared to your account.

Address Errors and Non Delivery
Please check your order carefully for errors.
If a customer inputs an incorrect address which causes the order to be delivered incorrectly, we are not responsible for the parcel and it is the recipients responsibility to to retrieve the parcel at their own cost.
If an order was unable to be delivered and was not collected from the courier it will be returned back to us. We will refund the cost of the item minus the shipping fee and the item will be added back to stock. If you still wish to purchase the item you have the option of buying it again if it is available.
